Every bank account reconciled, proved and approved
ReconIQ matches your bank statements to your general ledger, routes every difference to the right person, and produces period-end reconciliation reports your auditors can rely on. Month-end in hours, not days.
Getting access
Every new company is checked by our team before an account is opened, and we set up your bank accounts with you. It keeps fake sign-ups out and gets your first reconciliation right.
Tell us about your company, your bank accounts and how you reconcile today. It takes about three minutes. There is no password to choose yet.
Confirm your email
Click the link we email you. Our team then reviews the sign-up and contacts you to plan the set-up of your bank and ledger accounts.
Sign in and reconcile
Once approved, you receive your sign-in details. You become your company's ReconIQ administrator and can add your preparers, approvers and reviewers.
How ReconIQ works
The same monthly cycle for every bank account, with a clear owner and an approval at each step.
1. Bring in bank and ledger
Upload bank statements and general ledger transactions with ReconIQ's Excel templates. Each upload is checked before it is committed, and can be rolled back.
2. Match automatically
The matching engine pairs bank and ledger lines by amount, date and reference, and proposes the rest as reconciling items for review.
3. Work the exceptions
Bank-only and ledger-only items are explained, classified and cleared. Clearances need an approver, and brought-forward items are matched in later months.
4. Prepare, review, approve
The preparer submits the period reconciliation, the approver signs it off, and the period is closed so the proved numbers cannot change.
Built for the way finance teams actually close
Controls first, with automation that removes the repetitive work.
Matching engine
Perfect and near matches, with the rules behind every proposal visible to the reviewer.
Exception workflow
Reconciling items with owners, root causes and ageing, so nothing sits unexplained.
Approvals and segregation
Preparer, approver, reviewer and report viewer roles. No one approves their own clearance.
Period control
Open and close reconciliation periods. Late changes to an approved month are blocked.
Dashboards and ageing
Proof status by account, open items by age band and preparer, and period-end reports.
Governance
Quality reviews, unresolved exception monitoring and process maturity assessments.
Bank charges
Bank fees and charges picked out of the reconciling items and consolidated for posting.

Questions and answers
Who should sign up?
The person who will look after ReconIQ for your company, usually the financial controller or treasury lead. They become your company's ReconIQ administrator and add colleagues afterwards.
Why is my account not opened straight away?
We check every sign-up before opening an account, and we agree your bank accounts and ledger mapping with you first. It keeps fake registrations out and makes sure your first reconciliation proves.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there after an hour, write to support@finverse360.com from the same address and we will help.
My company already uses ReconIQ. How do I get a sign-in?
Ask your company's ReconIQ administrator to add you under Admin > Manage Users, or sign up and choose "Join my company's ReconIQ". We confirm with your company before approving.
How do I sign in the first time?
Use the email you signed up with and the temporary password in your welcome email, then change the password straight away.
How do bank statements and ledger data get into ReconIQ?
Upload them with ReconIQ's Excel templates for bank records and ledger records. Each upload is validated, can be reviewed, and is only committed when you approve it.
What does the matching engine do?
It pairs bank and ledger lines that agree on amount, date and reference, and proposes near matches for review. Anything left becomes a reconciling item with an owner.
What happens to items that are not matched?
They stay on the reconciliation as bank-only or ledger-only items until they are explained and cleared. Clearances need an approver, and open items carry forward to the next period with their age.
Which reports are available?
Period-end reconciliation reports, the reconciling items dashboard and detail, perfect and near match reports, bank-only and ledger-only transactions, ageing of open items, past-due reconciliations and bank fees reports.
Which roles are there?
Preparer, approver, reviewer, report viewer and super user (your company's administrator). Each person only sees and does what their role allows.
Who can see my company's data?
Only your company's users, each limited by their role, and the Finverse360 support team when you ask for help. Every company's data is kept separate.
Can an approved month be changed later?
No. Once a reconciliation period is closed, changes dated in it are blocked. A reversal takes effect from the current open period, so approved reports stay as they were signed off.
Someone asked me for my password. What should I do?
Do not share it. Finverse360 will never ask for it. Change your password and tell us at support@finverse360.com.
